Industrial robot integration and programming
Automating a task means more than choosing a robot. The part, its presentation, cycle time and surrounding equipment all matter. BP Sight studies these interfaces to build an application suited to your production.
Which operations can be automated?
Part handling, machine loading and unloading, assembly, dispensing or screwdriving: the study starts with the operation and workstation constraints. We examine payload, reach, accuracy, paths and gripping options before proposing an architecture.
Integration into your environment
The robot communicates with control systems, sensors and production equipment. Together, we define operating sequences, interfaces, recovery modes and acceptance criteria. Existing workstations can be assessed for upgrades; feasibility depends on their condition, accessibility and safety constraints.
Our approach is independent and multibrand. Equipment selection follows the application and the systems already on your site. Programming, fine-tuning and knowledge transfer to your teams are part of the scope we define together.
When should robotics and vision be combined?
If parts are not always in the same position, a camera may help locate them. A vision study checks visibility, repeatability and lighting before considering robot guidance.
Preparing your enquiry
Describe the part’s dimensions, weight, material and variations. Specify the operation, current and target cycle times, existing machines, controllers and robots, available space, access constraints and site location.
Where we work
Based in Villars, near Saint-Étienne, BP Sight studies projects in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the Toulouse region and Switzerland. Travel and commissioning arrangements are agreed for each project.
