Start with the desired outcome: automate a task, make an inspection more reliable, read a code or guide a robot pick. Our workshops clarify requirements, constraints and success criteria before selecting a solution.

What information is useful for a feasibility study?

Describe the parts, defects to detect or tasks to automate, required cycle time, existing equipment and site location. Representative samples and production constraints help define meaningful feasibility tests.

How does project support work?

Together, we define the relevant stages: requirements analysis, testing, design, integration, fine-tuning and training. Deliverables, acceptance criteria and follow-up arrangements are agreed according to the project scope.
